Demo Device Requests
Fillauer offers device loans for use during some types of repair. We also encourage the use of trial and demo devices in the clinic or for a patient trial. To request a device, please fill out one of the applicable forms below. After completing the form you will be contacted with more information.

Both the Gen2 and new small CX hands are availble for demo.
Loan Terms
Repair devices are on loan for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Standard Loan devices for trial or demo are allowed up to 30 days.
Myoelectric and TASKA loan devices for trial or demo are allowed up to 15 days. If you need a device for longer than 15 days please reach out to us for more information.
Borrower is responsible for returning the loan device in a timely manner and in most cases is responsible for paying return shipping. If a device isn’t returned the customer will be billed for the full cost of the device.
When returning an item please make sure that it is packaged securely. Send us the tracking number so that we can follow up if needed.
Please make sure that all loan items are returned including cords, cables, external batteries, manuals or other items in the original box.
