Fillauer Return Policy:

Before goods can be returned for exchange, credit or refund, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Customer Service. To inquire about a return request, please be ready to provide Customer Service with the original invoice, order number or PO number, along with the part number, quantity, serial number (if applicable), and the reason for return. Merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. For more information on our return policy, please view the following documents.
