The Black Iron Master (BIM) was especially designed for high performance, heavy duty and professional level weightlifting and training. The Black Iron Master was used in national competition at the Arnold Classic® in 2004. This device is for serious weightlifters only! The BIM is designed to mechanically grasp and lock onto handles and bars to provide unparalleled security and stability for extreme weight, bench pressing, dumbbell flys, dead lifts, squatting, etc. A swinging gate clamps the bar between curved rubber saddles. The gate is manually secured in place with a large wing nut. The BIM has no quick release or other break away features… once clamped in place it stays in place until manually released. Used properly it will not slip or slide on the bar.

The Black Iron Trainer is a lighter weight, lighter duty alternative to the heavy duty, high performance, Black Iron Master. The Black Iron Trainer is smaller and lighter weight yet still is capable of handling the wide range of grip and apparatus handle diameters that are encountered in modern fitness and exercise facilities. The totally manual operation and positive locking and unlocking design provides uncompromising security and stability for bench pressing, dumbbell flys, dead lifts, pull downs, etc.

The BIT Pivot version provides ~32 degrees of friction-adjustable freedom in wrist motion, increasing its versatility, function and comfort. This added range-of-motion enhances the usefulness, safety and control over barbells, dumbbells and other weight training apparatus.

The BLACK IRON LITE PIVOT is an advanced, additional, version of the BIL, which is very popular for light-weight aerobic workouts and training with free weights and other exercise apparatus. The PIVOT provides an ~ 32 extra, degrees of friction-adjustable freedom, in wrist movement. This added range of motion enhances the usefulness and performance of the BIL providing better, more comfortable control of exercise equipment.

The BLACK IRON LITE is designed for lightweight aerobic style dumbbell exercise and light weight barbell, dumbbell and cable machine, resistance exercise and training. It’s molded from high strength polymers and is equipped with a ratchet type lock down strap for securely capturing weights and handles.
The BLACK IRON LITE PIVOT provides about 32 degrees of friction-adjustable freedom in wrist movement. This added range of motion enhances the usefulness and performance of the BIL providing better, more comfortable control of exercise equipment.
