Repairs and Maintenance:

Fillauer offers repair and maintenance support for specific product lines. To request a repair, please follow the directions below. Repairs under warranty will be serviced under the terms of the warranty. If the device is out of warranty, there will be additional costs involved. Contact us at the listed Customer Service information in the below table with any questions. For warranty information, please view the following documents. Certain devices such as TASKA Hands will also have additional warranty terms.

For all Fillauer and Fillauer TRS devices:

For questions on device servicing for most Fillauer product lines, contact customerservice@filllauer.com or 800-251-6398. You’ll be instructed on next steps.

For all Fillauer Motion Control devices only:

This form covers all Motion Control myoelectric terminal devices and elbows, the TASKA Hand, Myo/One, and Motion Foot SLX and MX.

Once you fill out the form you will receive an email receipt with your order and an attached pdf to print and include with your shipped device. Please prepare the device for shipping following the instructions, and be sure to separate the device needing repair from any cosmetics or sockets. We will contact you with an estimate and will need to have a purchase order number or direct payment before we can start repairs. Please complete the payment requirements (if applicable) in a timely manner to help us return your repair or loan device quickly. Concerns can be addressed to motionrepairs@fillauer.com

If you need a loan device during your repair you must fill out a separate loan request form.

Fillauer Repair Policy

Repair information: Once we receive your device we will contact you with a repair estimate. We must receive a P.O. number or payment before repairs can be made. Payment can be made by credit card or purchase order.

Warranty repairs: The customer is responsible for packing and shipping costs to Fillauer, and the company pays return shipping costs.

Out-of-warranty repairs: Shipping costs to and from Fillauer for repairs are the responsibility of the customer. We will inspect the device and provide an estimate of costs before performing services. If actual costs exceed the original estimate you will be informed. If a customer decides not to have the device repaired, a nominal evaluation fee may be charged. Please see the full Repair Policy for information.

Loaner devices: can be provided for use by the customer at no cost for warranty repairs, as available. All shipping costs for loaner devices are paid by the customer.
