Jen joined Fillauer in 2022 and loves serving the passionate people in the O&P community. Outside of work, she enjoys homeschooling, gardening and baking.

Allie joined Fillauer in 1997 and has held numerous positions with the company. She appreciates the special opportunity we have to improve the quality of life for those living with limb loss or limb difference. She enjoys baking, camping, reading, golfing and party planning, especially for her grandkids.

Maria has been with Fillauer for nearly 35 years. In that time, she’s seen the industry’s evolution enhance the lives of those with limb differences or mobility issues, providing a sense of wholeness. Her hobbies include traveling, spending time with friends and family and cooking.
