Fillauer’s leadership team consists of a diverse group of individuals with unique backgrounds, competencies and experience. Unified by a common goal, they all share a commitment to uphold the culture and values that have been the foundation of Fillauer since its inception over a century ago. Their guiding principle is a committed dedication to creating the best functional outcomes for clinicians and end-users, ensuring our legacy of excellence continues to thrive and evolve.
Meet Our Leadership Team:
Michael Fillauer, Vice President and General Manager, Fillauer
Michael, CEO of Fillauer Companies, has worked in O&P since 1994, with experience in fabrication, clinical care, and business operations. A Tennessee Licensed Prosthetist and Orthotist, he’s certified by ABC and serves on boards for Chattanooga Goodwill, Amputee Coalition, and Siskin Rehabilitation Hospital. Michael enjoys hiking, working out, jiujitsu, and sporting clays.
Kevin Moore, President, Fillauer Europe
Kevin began his journey with Fillauer in 2006 in product development before his promotion to President of Fillauer Europe. With extensive industry experience and a patient-centric approach, his leadership holds true to Fillauer’s mission while making a positive impact on the lives of many. In his free time, Kevin loves skiing and spending time outdoors with his family.
Sam Hale, MSPO, CPO/L Vice President R&D and Education
Before joining Fillauer in 2013, Sam earned his MS in P&O and worked as a practitioner. He continues to see patients as a licensed CPO and leads the product development and education teams across the Fillauer network with a focus on creating best-in-class products and support to the market. Sam loves playing sports with his two kids and wife and traveling to historically significant places.
Linda Wise, Vice President, Marketing and Sales
Linda joined Fillauer in 2022, with over 14 years leading sales and marketing teams in the O&P profession. In her current role, she leads the product sales specialists, marketing and customer experience teams. When she’s not working you can find her working out, playing golf, cooking, and traveling.
Jon Winegar, Regional Vice President, Operations
With 14 years at Fillauer, Jon oversees Fillauer’s operations in Chattanooga, TN and Salt Lake City, UT with an emphasis on a quality-driven focused culture, maximizing capacity and supporting business growth. As an outdoor enthusiast, Jon thrives on mountain and dirt biking, snowboarding, sledding, and camping with his wife and kids.
Sherri Hasler, Continuous Improvement Manager
Sherri joined Fillauer in 1995 as a product design engineer. Since then, she’s had extensive experience in operations management and leading teams responsible for production, assembly, quality control, warehousing, and shipping. In her free time, Sherri enjoys gardening and reading.
