Split tongue stirrups are a great option to allow patients to wear different shoes with their conventional AFO. Split tongue stirrups are designed to be used with a split, or rectangular, caliper plate. These are available in a wide variety of heights and designs to accommodate different ankle joint styles and patient ankle heights.
