How do I place an order?
Fillauer products may be ordered by O&P clinicians directly from us or through our distribution partners. To order direct, please complete the Fillauer New Customer Form. If you already have a customer account, you may submit your order request via phone or email.
How do I submit a product return request?
Return Material Authorizations (RMA) are processed through Fillauer Customer Service, please call or email with a return request. If you ordered through a distributor, please contact them directly to initiate the return process.
Does Fillauer offer maintenance and repair for prosthetic and orthotic products?

Does Fillauer sell direct to patients or the public?
Fillauer products are sold to Orthotic & Prosthetic clinics. Patients must receive their products from a certified orthotist or prosthetist to guarantee you receive the best fit and quality care. If you are located in the U.S., find a prosthetist in your area by visiting the American Board for Certification or the Board of Certification website directories.
Where can I find education resources on Fillauer products?
