Repairs and Maintenance

Fillauer offers in- and out-of-warranty repair and maintenance support for specific product lines. Please review the sections below for more information on our repair and maintenance offerings. Wrist Repair
Myoelectric Devices and TASKA Hand 

Repairs to myoelectric terminal devises and elbows, including the TASKA Hand and Myo/One are serviced through our Fillauer Motion Control team in Salt Lake City, Utah. Before sending your device in for repair, please complete the repair form below. If your patient needs a loaner, you may now request one through the repair form.

Body-Powered & Activity Specific Devices  

Fillauer offers repairs on mechanical functionality of elbows, elbow hinges, and TRS products through our Fillauer team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We also offer a retread service on our Hosmer hook product line. To request a repair or retread, contact customer service to receive a return authorization number (RM) for expedited processing.

Motion Foot SLX 

We currently offer repair service for the Motion Foot SLX through our repair team in Salt Lake City, Utah. Before sending your device in for repair, please complete the repair form below. If your patient needs a loaner, you may now request one through the repair form.

Repair Information

Once we receive your device we will contact you with a repair estimate. We must receive a P.O. number or payment before repairs can be made. Payment can be made by credit card or purchase order.

Warranty repairs

The customer is responsible for packing and shipping costs to Fillauer, and the company pays return shipping costs.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Shipping costs to and from Fillauer for repairs are the responsibility of the customer. We will inspect the device and provide an estimate of costs before performing services. If actual costs exceed the original estimate you will be informed. If a customer decides not to have the device repaired, a nominal evaluation fee may be charged. Loaner Devices

Loaner devices can be provided for use by the customer at no cost for warranty repairs, as available. All shipping costs for loaner devices are paid by the customer.
