Fillauer Announces Acquisition by Hanger

We at Fillauer are thrilled to announce we have entered into an agreement to be acquired by Hanger, Inc., a leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) patient care services and solutions. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 of 2024.

As a family-owned company with a strong legacy of more than 100 years, we will remain focused on leading the evolution, design, and technology of O&P products and services that empower clinicians and patients to achieve their best functional outcomes.
