PDQ 5A Rollabout Oven

The 5A is an excellent solution for heating sheets of plastic for drape forming. With proper accessories, this oven can also be used for blister forming. The new touchscreen controller features dual temperature sensors to prevent burning and reduce cycle time. SmartMode automation brings consistency to every pull, while customizable profiles let you dial in your specific materials. The tray has hydraulic height adjustability and includes a fitted Teflon cover. The tray is mounted on casters and can be rolled to the vacuum area. This oven is the smallest of the rollabout models, ideal for smaller footprint labs with the precision and automation of our larger systems. No more burnt arms or trying to find a place to set down your hot plastic. While it can be used with a plug, it is recommended to hardwire this oven.
