The Steplock hip joint offers 9 locking positions throughout hip flexion range of motion. The joint effectively blocks flexion while allowing free extension. To recline and sit the joint can be unlocked. The Steplock joint provides stability for standing even if full extension can’t be reached. The Steplock hip joint is only available as a pair with bars.
