Bridging the gap between the Formula Ultra and Formula Pediatric, the Formula Fit is the perfect solution for adolescents and small adults who want to be active. Designed to be used with Fillauer’s standard foot shell, the foot accommodates K3 to high K4 activity users.

The Formula Fit is supplied as a bonded foot assembly when a pylon and foot plate are ordered simultaneously. Please consider patient weight and growth when selecting weight category.

Warranty

2 years from date of patient fitting

The Formula Fit has been designed and manufactured for specific patient weights. Failure to follow the weight guidelines and/or overload conditions caused by the patient, such as heavy lifting, high impact sports, or abusive activities, that would otherwise damage the natural limb, may void the warranty.

Made with BIOVYN™, a bio-attributed PVC that is based on 100% renewable feedstock, our Foot Shell not only contributes to significantly reduced carbon emissions but also offers enhanced durability. To complement the foot shell, a sleek, black prosthetic sock, sized appropriately, is now included.

Adjustable Alignment Bracket

The Adjustable Alignment Bracket is designed to assist in the fitting and alignment of posteriorly mounted feet. The bracket is for in-clinic fitting only — it is not a permanent mounting solution, but rather a fitting tool. The bracket is compatible with the Formula and AllPro Posterior Mount feet.

Posterior Mounting Bracket

The Posterior Mounting Bracket is designed for use with posteriorly mounted feet to ease the fabrication process for adjustments and socket replacements.
